1. About this website
This website is operated by E-SportsLeague PTY LTD, ACN 160 249 463, ABN 24 160 249 463, trading as InermieAI. “InermieAI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
Contact us at hello@InermieAI.com or 2207/4 Sterling Circuit, Camperdown, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
These terms explain the basis on which we make this website available and the rules for using its forms and content. They do not replace rights you have under applicable law. Where acceptance is required for a transaction or service, we will obtain it through that process or a separate agreement.
2. Information, research and availability
The website introduces our research ambitions, developing software and enterprise Business Development Services. Software pages describe intended capabilities and areas of development; they are not technical specifications or a promise of current access.
At the effective date, DIAMOND Business Development Services is available for enterprise engagements by agreement. DIAMOND Reliability System Software, BRSI DIAMOND Frontier Software, DIAMOND Relational Learning Software and Bounded Recursive DIAMOND Agents & Assets are in development and are not available for general purchase or use.
References to artificial superintelligence, adaptation, learning and future capability describe ambitions or research goals. They do not mean we have achieved ASI, consciousness, unrestricted autonomy or guaranteed improvement. Artwork and illustrative examples are not evidence of deployed capability or customer outcomes.
We aim to keep public information accurate. Confirm current scope, suitability, availability and commercial commitments with us before making a material decision.
3. Enterprise services and private payments
The Client form invites discussion of a possible engagement. Sending a form, receiving a response or discussing an idea does not place an order, reserve delivery capacity or commit either party to a fee or project.
Enterprise engagements require separately agreed scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, payment terms and other relevant conditions. Those terms govern the engagement. Any future software or methodology rights require their own agreed terms.
Payments for enterprise services are arranged privately after initial contact. This website has no checkout, does not collect card details or subscription payments and does not sell software access. Do not enter payment credentials or bank details in a public form. Verify payment instructions through a known contact channel if you have concerns.
Unless separately and expressly agreed, business development material is general decision support. It is not legal, tax, accounting, credit-rating or licensed financial advice. Revenue, savings, assessments and return scenarios depend on assumptions and evidence; no commercial outcome is guaranteed.
4. Partnership and investment discussions
The Partnership form allows potential investors, researchers, technology firms, businesses and collaborators to introduce themselves. An introduction does not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, joint venture, exclusivity arrangement or confidentiality agreement.
The website is not an offer of securities, an invitation to commit investment funds or a promise of investment returns. Any investment discussion requires its own information, eligibility assessment and agreements under applicable law.
5. Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully and with respect for other people and our systems. Do not knowingly submit malicious code, impersonate someone, make unlawful or abusive submissions, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or send automated requests that unreasonably disrupt the site.
Only submit information you are entitled to share. Take reasonable care that contact details and information are accurate. Ordinary browsing, legitimate search indexing and accessibility tools are permitted.
We may take proportionate protective steps, including limiting excessive requests or blocking malicious submissions. Where practicable and appropriate, we will provide an alternative contact route. Such steps do not remove statutory rights.
6. Initial submissions and confidentiality
Public forms are for non-confidential introductions. Do not submit passwords, API keys, source code, confidential inventions, sensitive personal information or information about another person without an appropriate basis.
If detailed material needs protection, contact us first to discuss arrangements. A public form does not create an NDA or a special duty to review or use an unsolicited idea. We remain subject to applicable legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.
You retain rights you hold in submitted material. You permit us to receive, store and use it to handle the enquiry, consider the proposed relationship and carry out related lawful administration described in the Privacy Policy. Submission does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property or give us a general licence to commercialise it or train an AI model on it.
7. Website intellectual property
The InermieAI and DIAMOND names, artwork, website text, design and other materials may be protected by copyright, trade marks and other rights held by us or licensors. Third-party rights remain with their owners. A name or mark reference does not imply registration, endorsement or a commercial relationship.
You may view the site, share links and make reasonable copies for your own evaluation, internal reference and other uses permitted by law. Retain relevant ownership notices. Further commercial reproduction or representation of our material as your own requires appropriate permission. These terms do not restrict fair dealing or other statutory rights.
Website access grants no software licence, methodology licence or ownership of underlying technology. Describing an offering does not claim exclusive ownership over established general engineering techniques.
8. Third-party websites
External links provide context or convenience. Third parties control their content, products and privacy practices. Review their terms before using their services. A link alone is not our endorsement or guarantee.
9. Privacy and analytics
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information, website usage data and the three forms. Manage optional research and development analytics through Privacy Settings. You can contact us without agreeing to optional analytics.
10. Information and access
We take reasonable care in operating the site but cannot promise continuous availability, compatibility with every device or that every item will remain current. We may make reasonable changes, correct errors or interrupt access for maintenance or security.
Consider information in your circumstances and seek relevant professional advice where appropriate. An intended benefit is not a guarantee. This section does not excuse misleading conduct or limit non-excludable rights.
11. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Each party remains responsible for its conduct in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or results from events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability where unlawful or limit responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct or failure to meet a non-excludable obligation.
Liability arrangements for any paid engagement are addressed in its separate agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
12. Resolving concerns
Contact hello@InermieAI.com with your concern and enough non-sensitive information for us to understand it. We will consider it in good faith and seek a practical resolution. You need not complete a private dispute process before exercising a legal right or contacting a regulator.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for changes to the website, offerings or law. The effective date identifies the current version. Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively change an existing service agreement, accrued right or completed transaction. We will provide separate notice or obtain acceptance where required.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue insofar as they can operate fairly and lawfully.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by New South Wales law, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent mandatory local protections or another court or tribunal available under applicable law.
