1. Who we are and what this policy covers
E-SportsLeague PTY LTD, ACN 160 249 463, ABN 24 160 249 463, trading as InermieAI, is responsible for information we collect through this website and its Partnership, Client and Enquiry forms.
This policy covers website information practices, initial business communications and research and development analytics. An enterprise engagement may require additional privacy, confidentiality and information-handling terms, provided where relevant.
Contact our Privacy Contact at hello@InermieAI.com or write to 2207/4 Sterling Circuit, Camperdown, Sydney, NSW, Australia. Please use “Privacy” in the subject line where possible.
2. Information you provide
We collect contact details and non-confidential information you give us through forms, email and related conversations. This may include your name, email, organisation, role, country or region, website, optional telephone number, contact preferences, areas of interest and message.
The Partnership form may collect your organisation type, proposed contribution, broad investment interest and collaboration timeframe. Investment ranges are optional discussion information, not a request for financial credentials or proof of wealth.
The Client form may collect business priorities, service interests, broad team size, software summary, optional indicative budget and intended outcomes. Financial statements, employee records, confidential technical documents and source code are not required for initial contact.
The Enquiry form collects information needed to understand and reply to a question. We also keep appropriate correspondence, preference and administrative records. You can email us if a form is unsuitable.
3. Information generated through website use
Hosting and security services receive technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser/device information and error or security events. This helps deliver the website, investigate faults and protect against abuse. Information is not necessarily anonymous merely because it lacks a name.
Optional R&D analytics may record public pages visited, broad device category, navigation and feature interactions, approximate performance measurements and general events such as a form opening or submission completion. We use these to understand usability, content usefulness and where visitors encounter difficulties.
Our optional analytics is designed to exclude form answers, names, emails, phone numbers, enquiry references, confidential business information and payment details. We do not use session replay, record keystrokes or use advertising pixels. Optional analytics is separate from information needed to handle a submission.
4. Why we use information
We use information reasonably needed to respond; consider and manage client or partnership relationships; discuss enterprise services; communicate about requests; operate and secure the website; maintain appropriate business records; meet legal obligations; and resolve concerns.
Optional usage analytics supports research and development, including website improvement, understanding interest in our work and identifying more useful information and experiences. This does not automatically authorise training AI models on personal submissions. We do not use messages or identifiable contact information from these forms as general-purpose model-training data.
We do not sell enquiry information, automatically subscribe visitors to marketing or make solely automated decisions through this website that significantly affect individuals' rights or interests. This website does not collect payments or card information. Enterprise payment arrangements are made privately under the relevant engagement.
5. Optional analytics and your choices
Optional R&D analytics starts only after you choose Allow analytics in Privacy Settings. Choose Essential only to decline, or change your choice later through the footer Privacy Settings control. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics. It does not automatically remove records that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
Declining does not prevent browsing, contacting us or using any form. Necessary delivery, security and preference functions remain available. Browser privacy tools may offer additional controls, although blocking necessary functions may affect the site.
We use limited browser storage for preferences such as motion settings and your analytics choice, separately from analytics identifiers. The website does not intentionally persist unsent form answers in browser storage. Refreshing before submission may clear unsent entries.
6. Collection and whether you must provide information
We generally collect directly from you or through website use as described above. If a colleague introduces you, we use supplied business contact information only where reasonably appropriate and consistent with applicable law. We do not intentionally request sensitive information through public forms.
Required fields identify the minimum needed for that form; optional fields can be blank. Without suitable contact details or context, we may be unable to reply or assess an engagement. You may make a general enquiry anonymously or under a pseudonym where practicable; identity may be needed for a service or specific request.
Do not send passwords, API keys, health information, identity documents, confidential inventions or information about others without an appropriate basis. If protected information is needed later, we will discuss suitable arrangements first.
7. Who may receive information
Access is limited to people and providers who reasonably need it for these purposes. This may include authorised personnel, relevant contractors, hosting and security providers, data-storage and communication services, and professional advisers.
We may disclose where required or authorised by law, to protect legal rights or address a genuine security concern. A business transfer affecting relevant records would involve appropriate safeguards and notices required by law.
Completing a form does not authorise publishing your submission as a testimonial, introducing you to outside commercial partners or identifying you in a public case study. Such uses require an appropriate separate basis. External sites you choose to visit have their own practices.
8. Overseas handling
We are based in Australia. Website infrastructure and communication arrangements may involve providers and authorised support personnel outside Australia, including the United States and Sweden. Infrastructure, backups and network delivery can involve locations used by those providers. A selected hosting region does not necessarily mean all support, communication and network processing occurs there.
We take reasonable steps to select suitable providers, limit access and establish appropriate contractual and technical protections. Where Australian privacy law applies to an overseas disclosure, we handle it according to those obligations. Completing a form is not a blanket waiver of those protections.
Contact our Privacy Contact for current information about providers and processing locations relevant to your enquiry. If a material change requires a policy update, additional notice or another lawful basis, we will address that before applying the changed practice.
9. Security and retention
We take reasonable steps against misuse, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure, including access restrictions, secure transmission, provider safeguards and care in what we request. No internet service guarantees absolute security.
We keep enquiry records while needed for the request or a related relationship. Our usual review point for enquiries that do not become active engagements is 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We then delete or de-identify them unless a continuing lawful need exists.
Client, contractual, financial and dispute records may need longer retention under applicable obligations or agreements. Detailed optional R&D events are normally retained for no more than 90 days; aggregate reports for no more than 24 months unless irreversibly de-identified. Operational logs, backups and communications may have separate limited retention cycles; we restrict use and allow deletion through those cycles.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it, subject to lawful retention requirements. We will assess data incidents and notify where required by law.
10. Access, correction and deletion
Ask us what personal information we hold, request access, correct inaccuracies or request deletion of information no longer needed by emailing hello@InermieAI.com. We may need proportionate identity verification. Do not send identity documents unless we discuss a suitable method.
We consider requests under applicable law and explain lawful reasons for refusal or limits, including available review/complaint options. Deletion may be limited by legal obligations, active disputes, contractual needs or backup cycles. Marketing consent is never required to exercise a privacy right.
11. Questions and complaints
Contact our Privacy Contact with the relevant details and outcome you seek. We aim to respond within 30 days. If more time is reasonably needed, we will explain why and keep you informed.
If dissatisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992, where it has jurisdiction, or another relevant authority. Raising a concern with us does not remove any rights.
12. Children and sensitive contexts
The site is directed to professional, business and research audiences. We do not intentionally seek children's personal information or sensitive information through public forms. Contact us if you believe such information was provided inappropriately so we can assess suitable action.
13. Changes and accessible copies
We may update this policy for website, service or legal changes. The effective date identifies the current version. We provide additional notice or seek permission where required. Changes do not authorise materially different use of existing personal information without an appropriate basis.
For an accessible copy or privacy questions, contact hello@InermieAI.com.
